Food hygiene & safety
An important part of the process to adding value to the raw material and produce is quality assurance. We will provide accredited food hygiene and food safety training to enable women and young people to gain the skills and knowledge to ensure high quality produce through testing and certification.
Marketing & promotions
Agricultural produce including African herbs, teas and super foods can have value added when appropriately packaged. By providing training courses, equipment and support with branding we will enable women and young people to take advantage of such opportunities.
